ICB Fabrications in Stunning Sandbanks

​ICB are proud to have been involved in this stunning Sandbanks project.

​The transformation of a single £4m mansion into 3, multi million pound homes involved one of our local approved contractors, Aloft Ltd, waterproofing the designer homes with our Evalon V single ply membrane. The properties were then beautifully finished off with fascias, soffits and capping, all fabricated in house by ICB Fabrications.
