ICB’s Mick Smith presents RICS Award

One of ICB’s Regional Technical Managers, Mick Smith, was proud to present one of the awards at the 2017 RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Awards.

The RICS Awards, held on 2nd November 2017, showcases the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment.

With ICB as a sponsor, Mick Smith had the great pleasure of announcing the Regeneration Award… and the winning project; New Waverley in Edinburgh, comprising of affordable housing, retail and leisure, hotel and offices as well as some much needed public space.

It was an impressive showcase of some interesting projects and ICB would like to say well done to the winners!
